In the film, four athletes take us through their morning routines: a soccer player, a ballerina, a football player and a yogi open up about what drives them and what they’ve overcome to follow their passion. These women come from different backgrounds and have different goals but they’re united by their experiences as women striving to create spaces for themselves in the male-dominated arena of athletics.
